1/3 cup sundried tomatoes
1/4 cup firmly packed chopped mint
2 TBSP chopped walnuts
2 TBSP tomato paste
1 TBSP evoo
1 tsp lemon juiceĀ
1clove garlicĀ
put all of this in a blender or food processor until smooth, then toss with pasta and 1/2 cup feta
